FixYa, an online technical support community, recently published a list of the most frequent complaints from users of today's top smartphones. The information was collected based on feedback from more than 25 million users, as well as 650,000 experts. The "complaint" list includes such flagships as iPhone 4S, Nokia Lumia 900, Samsung Galaxy S III, etc.

Here are the 5 most common complaints from iPhone 4S users:
- Fast battery drain - 45%
- Can't connect to Wi-Fi - 20%
- Bluetooth problems - 15%
- Complaints about Siri - 10%
- Other problems - 10%
The findings are not particularly surprising. Discussions about the short battery life of the iPhone 4S still haunt the Internet. And although the battery on the iPhone 4S lasts long enough compared to competitors, compared to the fourth iPhone, the battery on the 4S is depleted almost instantly.
The Wi-Fi issue also came up quite frequently in discussions. Complaints about Bluetooth, on the other hand, are new. Another surprise is the relatively small number of complaints about the personal assistant Siri, while Apple is simply inundated with lawsuits in which users point out that advertising promises do not correspond to the real functions of the assistant.
But the iPhone isn't the only smartphone on the list. Let's take a look at similar lists of complaints from Nokia and Samsung.
Galaxy S III
- Microphone problems - 50%
- Fast battery drain - 15%
- Overheating of the device - 15%
- Internet connection problems - 10%
- Other problems - 10%

Nokia Lumia 900
- The screen casts purple - 25%
- Problems with the camera button - 20%
- Lost application - 20%
- Fast battery drain - 20%
- Other problems - 15%

The full list is really worth looking at, especially if you or someone you know is going to buy yourself a brand new top-end smartphone.
