IPhone 5 Exploded View [Photo]

As we have already reported, the presentation of the iPhone 5 will take place on September 12 and, apparently, Apple has not managed to hide the design of the new device from the eyes. We publish new iPhone 5 photos and videos of its parts almost every day. Today, the iLab Factory blog has new photos regarding the iPhone 5.

In these photos, we can see the iPhone 5 disassembled. And while all the outside parts are in place, most of the "guts" are missing from the photos. This may indicate that information is leaked not from the assembly pipelines, but from someone higher up.

The photos show the two-tone aluminum body, which was first rumored in early June. There is no slot for a nano-Sim card, the information about which appeared in May.

Despite the fact that most of the internal parts are missing, you can imagine how and what will fit in the case. There are four new screw holes on the top of the case, but their function remains a mystery. Also, despite rumors that the iPhone 5 lacks a Home button, we can see its presence in the published photos.

Overall, the blog states that the alleged device will be the thinnest iPhone ever.
