Not all Russian mobile operators are happy with the way Apple does business in Russia. The work of the company was criticized today by the MTS company and was called a dictatorship. The vice-president of the marketing company Vasily Latsanich believes that the Cupertino company
deliberately keeps the prices of their smartphones within 1000 dollars per unit in Russia, although in the USA and European countries these figures are much lower.

It is noteworthy that the establishment of such prices is initially negotiated by Apple during the conclusion of contracts and is not subject to discussion at all. However, the company admits that high prices make it difficult to promote its products to developing countries. However, prices do not change in any way.
Another MTS representative, Michael Hecker, who controls the strategy and corporate development of the company, agrees with his colleague that Apple could conquer a significant part of the Russian market precisely due to the democratic prices for the iPhone.
Nevertheless, Apple owners think differently and provide smartphone lovers with a choice - to go shopping abroad, look for resellers or come to terms with the conditions.
