The test showed that the new iPad 3 has become more fragile compared to the iPad 2 - it cannot be said that the second generation can survive such falls painlessly, but the damage to the new iPad was much more serious, especially after falling with the screen down from shoulder height. However, even when falling from a height of the waist, half of the iPad 3's screen cracked, while the iPad 2's screen cracked only from one corner.
