Amazon recently released an update to its Kindle book reader app for iOS, adding support for comics, children's books, and graphic novels. Also included in the update is a small design change, namely buttons for changing the font size, searching for definitions and others. Now these buttons have less contrast and are in the pop-up toolbar.
Over a thousand illustrated children's books and comics such as Superman and Batman are now available to iPad users. All books and comics are adapted to the iPad display. From now on, on all devices with iOS added the ability to search by name or by author. In addition, the problem with finding word definitions in Google and Wikipedia was fixed, now everything works like clockwork!
A few weeks ago Amazon also released Cloud Music Player for iOS, which lets you listen to and download music from Amazon's media service. As a reminder, Amazon shocked the music industry last year by releasing a cloud-based music player without the necessary licenses from leading recording studios. Because of this, Amazon had some problems with the development of the service, but now it is coming to an end and, according to rumors, almost all the necessary licenses have already been obtained.
