Hackers from the IPhone Dev Team released the RedSn0w 0.9.13dev2 utility, which is aimed at solving the problem in working with SSH, as well as the emergency closing of the application for some users when trying to jailbreak iOS 6 beta 2.

As you already know, the dev prefix in the release name means that this version of the utility is intended only for registered iOS developers who want to jailbreak IOS Beta 6 on their device.
The Dev Team says on their blog:
We remind you that this version of RedSn0w implements tethered jailbreak. To boot the device in tethered mode, use the Just Boot item in the Extras section.
