iOS 6 beta 4 (build 10A5376e) introduces changes and improvements to services and applications such as: Accounts Framework, Address Book (Contacts), Apple TV, Bonjour, Dictionary (Dictionary), Event Kit, Game Center, iCloud, iTunes, Maps (Maps, Newsstand, Passbook, Simulator, Reminders, Shared Photo Stream, Social, Status Bar, UIKit, Safari and WebKit, and security bug fixes.

Anyone with a valid developer account can download and install iOS 6 beta 4 (build 10A5376e). The update is available in the iOS Dev Center - Apple Developer Center.
