iOS 6 GM "saw the light" only the day before yesterday, as it was followed by a new utility for its jailbreak RedSn0w 0.9.13 dev 4. As in previous releases of RedSn0w for the beta version of iOS 6, the jailbreak is tethered and, moreover, does not install to your Cydia device, however, fortunately provides SSH access.

How to jailbreak iOS 6 GM using RedSnow 0.9.13 dev 4 read below:
Important: You need iOS 6 GM to continue. Again, this jailbreak will not install Cydia on your device.
Step 1: Download RedSn0w 0.9.13dev4 from this link and run it.
Step 2: Put your A4 device (iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4th generation) into DFU mode.
Step 3: Click Extras -> Select IPSW -> and select the downloaded iOS 6 GM firmware file for your device. (You must be a developer to have access to this firmware).
Step 4: As soon as the firmware is identified, return to the main page and click on the Jailbreak button.
Step 5: Make sure Install SSH is verified and click Next. The jailbreak will be installed on your device.
Step 6: After the jailbreak process is complete, put your iOS device back into DFU mode.
Step 7: Go back to the RedSn0w main page and click Extras -> Just boot. This will allow you to make a "tied" download of your device. It will need to be performed after each reboot of the device.
Step 8: Now you have full access to the device via SSH, that is, you can install all the jailbreak tweaks (in.deb format) you are interested in on your jailbroken device.
Next week, as soon as the official public release of iOS 6 is released, we are confident that RedSn0w will receive an update to the delight of all regular users, and will also include the Cydia online store.
