It's no secret that Apple makes significant profits from the sale of its accessories, cables and adapters for iOS devices. The new 80 percent smaller Lightning dock on the iPhone 5, as well as the new iPod Touch and iPod Nano, is no exception.
If you still have accessories from old Apple devices with a 30-pin connector, now, to use them with new devices, you cannot do without an adapter that is sold in the Apple online store for $ 29. Unfortunately, Apple decided not include the adapter in the set of new devices.
Today, much cheaper alternatives to the original adapter have appeared on the largest online markets Amazon and eBay.
Third-party Lightning adapters sell for $ ten to $ eighteen, at least half the price of Apple.
You can order adapters right now from Nanotch and iTronz sellers on Amazon and eBay. Manufacturers promise to send the goods at the end of September (adapters from Apple will appear only in October).
