October 5 is the first anniversary of the death of Apple founder Steve Jobs. Cause of death was respiratory arrest caused by metastases in the body due to pancreatic cancer. Jobs died at the age of 56, and 1.5 months before that, he had ceased to lead Apple.
On October 5 this year, Russian Apple fans will take part in a campaign organized by the St. Petersburg office, which belongs to the All-Russian business incubator "Academy".
The place of the memory action will be the intersection of Malaya Sadovaya Street and Nevsky Prospect. The protesters, dressed in black trousers and sweaters, will distribute 510 kg of apples to passers-by. There will also be an impromptu poster featuring the Apple symbol. On this poster, everyone will have the opportunity to write something down. The action starts at 18.00.
Such a big event in memory of Steve Jobs in the city on the Neva is being held for the second time. The first time the action was held on October 14 last year, then fans handed out 100 kg of apples to passers-by.

18.10 - distribution of fruits (apples)
18.40 - lighting of 56 candles.
