Obviously, the battery of the device for some reason lost its tightness and began to swell, squeezing the display.

The author of the pictures was not taken aback and used his other Google Moto X phone to take pictures of what was happening - he tore off the screen from the already smoking iPhone (the screws simply popped out of their sockets) and for three minutes watched the acrid smoke coming out of the device. He handed the presented photos to Apple, and is waiting for a response from company representatives to prove the authenticity of his publication.
