Microsoft has released another promotional video demonstrating the advantages of Windows computers over Apple competitors. This time, the company's marketers emphasize the presence of touch screens in Hewlett-Packard monoblocks.

Apparently, Microsoft believes that advertisements that directly point out competitors' shortcomings and target a narrow target audience are a perfectly acceptable way to promote their own products. The corporation's marketers do not complicate their lives by creating “viral” promo videos, but use rather commonplace techniques to increase the audience of Windows fans. Thus, the reporting video is aimed at attracting a female audience, which, according to statistics, is much more fond of working with touch screens than with mechanical manipulators.

So, the main character of the commercial tells us that she was already ready to purchase an all-in-one computer made by Apple, but was disappointed to learn that Apple does not produce computers with touch screens. It was then that she came up with the idea of purchasing the HP ENVY Rove 20 running Windows. The moral of the story is that it's much better to plan a wedding with a touch-sensitive computer. It may seem to some that marketers are simply taking revenge on the bosses from Redmond for something, but this is not so - this video organically merges into a strictly outlined advertising campaign directed against Apple and Mac.
