We recently talked about the Coono tweak, which can change the colors of notification banners. A worthy alternative to this tweak is an extension called FlagPaint, which recently received support for iOS 7.
After installing FlagPaint7, in its settings, select the iOS element in which the tweak action will be applied (on the lockscreen, home screen or in the Notification Center). Below are the extension options that allow you not only to color the banners in the color of the icon of the calling application, but also to make them transparent, round the corners, fill with a gradient or add a shadow to the text.
FlagPaint7 allows you to remove the application icon from notifications, hide the "now" label for new messages and remove the "tongue" for which you should pull the Notification Center. All changes take effect without respring. Moreover, in the settings there is an opportunity to test changes.
