A good way to quickly launch four applications in iOS 7 is offered by the tweak creator Totarya under the nickname iMokhles. Its extension allows you to display a menu with shortcuts to the Music, Camera, Twitter and Facebook applications. The tweak works from anywhere and can be launched from the lock screen, desktop, or from any application.
The extension allows you to specify one or more options for launching the quick menu through the Activator tweak. Additional options allow you to change the graphical parameters of the menu and iOS at the time it is called. You can customize the background, the background of the menu itself, the color of labels or captions under them.
Unfortunately, you cannot select other applications for quick launch. Hopefully the author will add such an option in future versions of the extension.
