If you love customizing iOS 7 elements using tweaks from Cydia, be sure to check out the Animation Change extension called Animer7. The tweak is an update of the add-on of the same name for the previous version of iOS.
After installing the tweak, an item appears in the Settings application, which sets the parameters for changing two main elements of the system: banners with notifications and the multitasking panel. For the first object, you can choose to appear from any side, fade or zoom. With the help of a special button "Show Test Banner", you can test the selected settings.
The second block allows you to change the animation of application windows when launching the multitasking panel. Please note that changes can only be displayed when using the standard panel to switch between applications. The tweak will not work if the Imperium or ClassicSwitcher extension is installed. As a bonus Animer7allows you to hide the dividing bars in the Control Center and the Kiosk app icon.
