One of the reasons users jailbreak iOS 7 is because they can opt out of using iTunes. On a jailbroken device, you can import new songs into the player (Music app) from almost anywhere. The most convenient way to do this is to use a jailbreak tweak from Cydia called Bridge.

This extension allows you to add mp3 files to the standard Music application in several ways. After installing the extension, a program of the same name will appear on the desktop, through which all operations will be carried out. Here you can get acquainted with the basic principles of Bridge.

So, firstly, music can be imported from mail. Just send the necessary mp3 files to your e-mail, open the standard Mail application and download the attachment to your device. After the download is complete, go to the " open in … " menu (square with an arrow). One of the items on this menu will be the Bridge application. The tweak will intercept the downloaded song and automatically fill in the information from the tags (if they are in the file). You can manually enter the title of the track, artist, album, or select a cover. In the same way, you can open songs that are in cloud storage, for example, Dropbox or Bittorrent Sync.

Secondly, the tweak is able to "pull" mp3 songs from offline music players, for example, from the Wtakte application. To do this, the extension has a tab with a file manager. In it, open the Applications folder and find the desired installed application, which contains the downloaded music. Most often, mp3 files are located in the Documents folder. From there, you can import songs via Bridge into a standard player. And thirdly, the extension can download music from direct links. To do this, you need to find the file you need on the network and copy the path to it from the browser (this should be a link directly to the *.mp3 file, and not to the archive). You need to paste the copied text on the third tab Bridge. The tweak will download and import music.
