In the summer of 2015, Apple introduced its own streaming music service, Apple Music. After the launch on the official website of the company, information appeared that a version of the service for Android users was being prepared by autumn, and just the other day the first pictures of the new application appeared on the Web.

The German information portal Mobilegeeks has provided screenshots of the Apple Music app for Google devices. The program differs from the iOS version in navigation elements. In particular, sections are opened through the sidebar, rather than the buttons that are located at the bottom of the screen, as intended in the Apple gadgets application.
The source of screenshots, according to the resource, is a user who signed up for beta testing of the application. It is assumed that invites for testing were received by users who registered on the Betabound service. This service is focused on preliminary testing of new software.

Despite the lack of information about the start date of testing, as well as the exact timing of the release of the application, reviewers learned that before confirming their participation in the Apple Music trial program for Android, users were asked several questions, including those related to musical preferences.
"Apple" music service was officially launched in June this year. The first three months of using the service were free for all users, and after this period it was proposed to subscribe to a paid subscription. In Russia, the cost of such a subscription was 169 rubles for one user and 259 rubles for the "family" option.

Apple Music won't be the first app built in Cupertino for Android users. Apple previously introduced Move to iOS for the Google mobile platform, which simplifies the Android to iOS transition.
