Apple continues to work on operating systems iOS 9 and OS X El Capitan and is already preparing the next updates. In addition to traditional optimizations and bug fixes, new features for the mobile platform and significant performance improvements for OS X are announced.

The previous iOS 9.1 update was released just a week ago, adding 150 new emojis to the system, improving the new Live Photos feature for iPhone 6s / Plus, and adding an option to display contact photos in Messages.
The description for iOS 9.2 beta 1 states that the main innovations will affect the Safari View Controller function, which allows you to integrate a kind of mini-browser into third-party applications.
In particular, Safari View Controller will now be able to use third-party extensions, just like the full version of the browser.
IOS 9.2 beta 1 can be downloaded by registered developers through the Apple Dev Center, while rolling back to earlier test versions of iOS will not be possible.

As for OS X El Capitan 10.11.2 beta, its release also took place a week after the final version of the previous 10.11.1 update. Unlike iOS, no innovations have been reported, perhaps Apple will limit itself to minor performance improvements.
