According to Taiwanese business publication DigiTimes, the next-generation Apple smartphone will have one useful feature and get rid of an annoying flaw.

DigiTimes writes that Catcher Technologies accounts for up to 35% of Apple's total order for the production of cases for the iPhone 7 - the supplier is the largest partner of Cupertinians in this area. Cooperation with Apple (the company produces cases not only for the iPhone, but also for the MacBook) brings Catcher up to 60% of the total profit.

The publication also notes that in the first quarter of 2016, shipments of already released iPhones to retail chains will decrease by 30%. There is nothing surprising in this - the beginning of the year always turns out to be much more modest for Apple, because in December iPhone sales reach their apogee, after which the interest in Apple smartphones inevitably decreases for several months.
