KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has released a forecast for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch shipments in the coming fiscal quarters. Thus, the expert predicts that in the 1st quarter of fiscal year 2016, Apple will deliver 70-74 million iPhones (74.5 million last year) and 3.5-4 million Apple Watch.

Note that these figures take into account the busy holiday seasons in the US, Australia, Canada, Europe and other regions.
In his review, with a copy of which the reporters of MacRumors managed to get acquainted, Kuo believes that iPhone sales in the new year may gradually decline, perhaps even in the first quarter.
Excerpt from the doc:
Kuo also predicts that Apple will ship 14.5-15.5 million iPads and 5.4-5.6 million Macs in Q4 2015-1 Q1 2016. As for the shipments of the iPad Pro, the expert cites a figure of 2 million copies in the 1st fiscal quarter of 2016.

In his opinion, the high cost of the tablet will affect the sales results and, accordingly, the iPad shipments, the volume of which in 2016 may be reduced by 16% - to 40-42 million copies.
Among other things, the analyst noted that in the PC market, which is now going through hard times, Macs will outperform competitors.

According to him, the 13.3-inch MacBook Pro is Apple's most popular laptop, followed by the 12-inch MacBook. Kuo predicts that new iMacs with Retina 4K and 5K screens will account for at least 50-60% of total iMac shipments in Q1 2016.
