Losing your iPhone, or at least thinking that you've lost it … you wouldn't wish that on an enemy. But if you have an Apple Watch, it has become easier to protect yourself from the possible loss of your favorite gadget.

Lookout, a mobile security company, has unveiled an app of the same name for the Watch. Its goal is to prevent the owner from losing his "apple" smartphone, or at least to find it faster.
Essentially, Lookout is a digital leash. It allows you to find the iPhone even when it is not nearby - the application measures the power level of the Bluetooth connection between the smartphone and the Apple watch, and then determines the approximate distance from the watch to the phone. If you get too far from your iPhone and the Bluetooth connection drops, Lookout will make your Apple Watch vibrate.

The application also has useful functions for more unpleasant situations in life - theft or loss of an iPhone. Lookout will show you the last spot where the pair between your smartphone and Apple Watch was still working - so now you at least know where to start looking.
If you still can't find your iPhone, or you are sure that your smartphone has been stolen, turn on the Siren function. A loud signal will tell you where to look for the "lost", and in case of theft, it will surely scare off the thieves and force them to get rid of the device as soon as possible.

Lookout looks like a useful program - if only because you don't need to log into your Apple account from a computer to search (is it always at hand?), All information can be obtained right on the Watch screen.
Perhaps the only drawback of the application is the high price if you want to get all the functions (and protection against theft is just paid). The full version of Lookout in this case will cost 229 rubles per month or 2,290 rubles per year.
