While all fans of Apple devices watched the presentation of the new iPhone 7/7 Plus and Apple Watch 2, the company also made some changes in the iPad lineup, changing the memory specifications and slightly lowering the prices for some of them.
As you probably already know, in the iPhone 7, Apple ditched 16GB drives, providing 3 options to choose from - 32, 128 or 256 GB. Similar options are available for those wishing to purchase the 12.9-inch or 9.7-inch iPad Pro, there is no 256GB option for the iPad Air 2 and iPad Air 4, and the iPad mini 2 is only available in one specification - 32GB.
In parallel with this, the prices for "tablets" were somewhat reduced. So, a 12.9 gigabyte iPad Pro (without a SIM slot) will cost 65,990 rubles (32 GB), 73,990 rubles (128 GB) or 81,990 rubles (256 GB) in the Russian App Store. For a 9.7-inch "professional" iPad, you will have to pay 49,990, 57,990 or 65,990 rubles for 32, 128 or 256 GB, respectively.
The price tags for the 32- and 128-gigabyte versions of the iPad Air 2 in the official online store are set at 32,990 and 40,990 rubles, the same amount for the iPad mini 4, similar in memory size, but the outdated iPad mini 2 in the only available configuration with a 32 GB drive is sold at 22,490 rubles.
