With iOS and iPadOS's Share option in the Photos app, Instagram users can easily post photos and videos without launching the main app.
How to post photos or videos to Instagram on iPhone directly from the Photos app
To post an image or video to Instagram, select the appropriate icon from the Share menu in the Photos app or any other program that supports this function.
Enter a title and hashtags in the pop-up panel field. Then use the Share button to post the selected content to Instagram.
However, there is one caveat: using filters or other editing functions will still require launching the main application.
If the Instagram icon is not displayed in the Share menu, click on the More button (far right) and select Instagram in the menu that opens.
Click the switch to the Enabled position and click Finish.
To work with Instagram, you need a smartphone or tablet with iOS 11 or later. Anyone can download the application from the App Store for free.
