In May of this year, a teaser for the Steve Jobs movie was released, and yesterday, July 1, Universal Pictures released a full trailer for the movie starring Michael Fassbender. The video is 2 minutes 40 seconds long.
The Universal Pictures annotation says:
The screenplay for the film about the inventor of the iPhone and iPad was written by Aaron Sorkin based on the famous book by Walter Isaacson "Steve Jobs". The film stars Michael Fassbender, Seth Rogen (Steve Wozniak), Keith Winslett (Joanna Hoffman) and original Macintosh team member Jeff Daniels, hired to play former Apple CEO John Scully.
Katherine Waterston, who reincarnated as Steve Jobs's girlfriend Chrisann Brennan, and Michael Stulbarg, who played the role of Andy Hertzfeld, one of the original members of the Macintosh team, also took part in the filming of the tape. The film is produced by Mark Gordon, Guymon Kasady, Scott Rudin and Oscar-winning Christian Colson.
The film, directed by Danny Boyle, follows Steve Jobs ' childhood in Los Altos, California and highlights three turning points in Apple's history - the debut of the Macintosh, the NeXT computer and the iPod music player.
The picture will be released on October 9 this year. The tape became one of the defendants in the scandal with the sensational hacking of Sony Pictures computer systems and the publication of the correspondence of its employees. After the disputes of the corporation over the picture became public, producer Scott Rudin agreed to resume work in a new composition with Universal Pictures.
