But the thickness of the device remains the same - 6.1 mm. The weight of the device has also remained practically unchanged - 460 g in the LTE version and 458 g in the Wi-Fi model.

An important change was the abandonment of the 3.5mm jack. But audiophiles will be pleased with the appearance of two additional speakers - a bundle of four sources will give out a really powerful and rich sound, albeit stereo. The familiar Lightning port is gone too.

Apple has taken a step towards universal solutions by ditching the proprietary connector on the 2020 iPad Air in favor of the mainstream USB-C with fast charging capabilities.

The storage capacity of the 2020 iPad Air repeats the parameters of its predecessor - 64 and 256 GB. This is a sensible split that will satisfy almost any need.

The built-in battery received a capacity of 28.6 W ∙ h. The manufacturer claims that this is enough for 10 hours of surfing the Internet or watching videos. For Wi-Fi + Cellular models, the battery will give you up to 9 hours of internet use when connected to it via a cellular connection.
